What VacayMatch is and is not
VacayMatch finds and compares trips and links to booking sites. We are neither a tour operator nor a travel agent: a contract is made only with the booking site. When you book through a link, the booking site pays us a referral fee; your price does not change.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
Liability for content and links
Prices and availability come from the booking sites at the time shown and change; the binding price is the one on the booking site. The operators of linked sites are responsible for their content; no infringement was apparent when the links were set.
