Hyatt Place Sandestin at Grand Blvd is the top rated, at 9.0 from 999 reviews. It's $274 for the stay ($137 a night) with breakfast, but there's no free cancellation and it lists $29 in fees at the property. Courtyard by Marriott Sandestin at Grand Boulevard sits between them at $208 ($104 a night), with an 8.5 from 875 reviews, room only and no free cancellation.
