Mid-November falls in the wetter season on the north shore, with big surf, but the south shore stays sunnier, and all three hotels are in Poipu. The normals show highs of 79–81°F and lows near 71°F, with drizzle most days, so keep the boat and canyon days flexible. Seven nights gives you room to do that.
