Oasis Hotel Waikiki is the best value and the hotel in our total: $1,439 for the stay ($160 a night) plus a $227 resort fee. It scores 7.9 from 1,515 reviews and comes with free cancellation. Queen Kapiolani Hotel is the top rated at 8.4 from 1,850 reviews. It's $2,142 for the stay ($238 a night) in an ocean-view studio, with $338 in fees paid at the property. Pacific Monarch Hotel scores 8.1 from 1,305 reviews at $1,715 ($191 a night) for a partial ocean view studio suite, with $270 in fees at the property. Neither of those two offers free cancellation. If you'd rather have quiet lagoons, Ko Olina is on the west side.
